This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in pet-care guidance apps we publish (the “App”). The App primarily provides educational content
(guides, tips, infographics) for pet owners. Some features may operate offline; however, ads and any remote content require an internet connection.

We strive to collect minimal personal data. Any data collection largely occurs through third-party advertising SDKs and standard diagnostics.

2) Advertising & SDKs

The App displays ads provided by third parties. We currently integrate:

Google AdMob – see Google Ads & Cookies.
Start.io – see Start.io Privacy Policy.

These partners may collect identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), device information, approximate location, and usage data to deliver, measure, and improve ads.
Where required by law (e.g., EEA/UK), we use a consent mechanism to obtain and honor your ad preferences, including options for personalized or non-personalized ads.

We also maintain app-ads.txt on our website to authorize our ad sellers and reduce unauthorized inventory.

3) Data We Collect

Data collected automatically

Device info (model, OS version), app version, language, country/region.
Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) for ad delivery and frequency capping.
Usage analytics (screen views, session duration) and crash/ANR diagnostics.
Approximate location for ad relevance where supported.

Data you provide

Generally, our App does not require account registration. If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to you.

4) How We Use Data

To display, measure, and improve advertising within the App.
To analyze performance, fix crashes, and enhance stability and user experience.
To respond to support requests and legal inquiries.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

6) Children & Families

The App is intended for general audiences and provides educational guidance about animals. It is not a substitute for professional advice
from veterinarians, physicians, trainers, or specialists. Parental or guardian supervision is recommended for minors.

We are not responsible if children apply guidance from within the App without appropriate adult supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7) Your Rights & Choices

In certain regions, you may opt out of personalized advertising or withdraw consent via in-app prompts or device settings.
You can reset or limit the Advertising ID in your device settings.
You may request deletion of support emails you previously sent us.

8) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) International Transfers

Ad and analytics partners may process data on servers located in multiple countries. Where required, safeguards such as contractual clauses are used by those partners.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be highlighted by updating the “Last updated” date above.
